Pathology Billing: Pathology services are performed by an outside pathologist. Pathology services are billed separately from Summit Dermatology & Spa. If you receive a statement from Vivid Pathology please contact the billing number located on your statement to answer any questions or make payments

All HMO insurances require a referral, per our office policy.
Referrals may be Required for Some Insurance Plans, Please check with your insurance provider.
Summit Dermatology and Spa accepts all Insurances except Medicaid Plans.
Bleeding is always a possibility after surgery. If you see visible blood through your bandage, apply steady pressure to the area for 20 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE YOUR BANDAGE!
For uncontrollable bleeding with a saturated bandage, please go to the ER and call our office the next morning.
